Massage addresses stress reduction and improves health- experience massage!
The power of touch
60 minutes: this is a focused massage – the primary aim is neck and upper back. I will attend to the whole body and in doing so this will naturally be relaxing and there will be a relief from tension.
Essential oils included
90 minutes: this is a longer focused massage. I will include attention on the feet and will include your choice of calming or invigorating essential oils.
Natural relaxation
